Who are Elena & Neil Danard?
1st Class Service and Integrity are just 2 of the many qualities that they bring to the table when selling homes for and to their clients. Neil has been involved in the real estate industry for over 40 years as a builder, developer and real estate broker. His knowledge of land, developing property and the quality of construction are invaluable. Elena has been a real estate broker since 1989. She spent 2 years training new agents and has been involved with the development of the local real estate forms that all local agents use. Knowledge of the forms and how they affect buyers and sellers is so important today to protect client’s rights and investment. They have been working together as a team for their clients since 1994. Since that time they have repeatedly been top producers in the RE/MAX Northwest office as well as the Snohomish county area. Every year they have achieved the 100% Club Award as well as The Platinum Award in 1997 & 2005. In 2000 they were inducted into The RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. These achievements are only attained by hard work and consistency in their business on a day to day basis. Most of their business is based on referrals from friends, family, past clients or repeat business.
Both Neil and Elena have raised their families in the
Snohomish
County area and have been active in many projects donating their time and energy to making life better for those in their community. A portion of every sale that they close is donated to Children’s Miracle Network. They spend their free time on their boat, when time and weather permits and enjoy just hanging out with their 4 Yorkie’s, Zelda, Molly, Elsie & Lulie.
With hundreds of closed transactions, they have the experience to handle your transaction with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail that you deserve. They attend local, regional and national seminars and conferences in addition to taking state approved clock hour classes. They believe you deserve agents that are “up to date” on the latest trends and government regulations.
