Kathy has a background that includes being a successful Designated Broker and Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest home builders in Washington giving her the leadership skills needed to help other real agents learn to work towards their goals. Because Kathy believes that accountability is a key to putting what you learn into action, she is is eager to help agents create a business plan and then regularly coach them toward success. Whether new to business, or seasoned for years, it is Kathy's goal to share all the tools needed to excel. She places a premium on being available so agents always know they are free to "drop-in" with questions big or small, or simply discuss ideas they have to generate business.
